Dr. Kelly Strong — Middle Tennessee State University
Dr. Kelly C. Strong received his Baccalaureate degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, an MBA from University of St. Thomas, and a Ph.D. from University of Colorado. He has worked in the construction industry since graduating from college in 1980 and has been teaching project management related courses for over 25 years. He has completed several research and consulting projects for federal, state, and local governments as well as private sector firms. He is currently Professor and Director of the School of Concrete and Construction Management at Middle Tennessee State University.

Mark Bratton — Summit Electrical Construction
Mark is President of Summit Electrical Construction, Inc. currently serves as President for the Subcontractors Association of Alabama and Ambassador for NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies). Previously, Mark served as Chairman of the Board for the Construction Education Foundation of Alabama and was the Education Committee Chair and Vice President for the American Subcontractors Association of Alabama.

Justin Eckel — Volkert Engineering
Justin currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Volkert's Tennessee operations. The group consists of roadway engineers, bridge engineers, traffic engineers, and planners. I also serve as project manager on multiple roadway and bridge design projects. Previously, he completed the ACEC TN Leadership PE course.
